Devine Cuisine is run by John and Janette Devine assisted by a host of talented, professional chefs and waiting staff.
Since gaining his diploma in catering operations John has worked in nearly every type of catering establishment, from hotels to restaurants, director’s dining rooms to company head office restaurants. During this period he developed his passion for good food, freshly prepared and well presented.
In 1991 John was appointed Chef/Catering Manager at a large, prestigious conference and banqueting venue. Over the next five years John built up his team and together they planned, prepared and served several hundred weddings, dinners, formal banquets, parties and celebrations. They also hosted a number of VIP events and a Royal Gala Dinner.
In 1996 we decided that it was time to fulfill our ambition of setting up a catering business and so Devine Cuisine was born and the business has grown, much through word of mouth and personal recommendation.
In recent years we have catered for numerous wedding receptions and functions in marquees, historic venues, village halls and private residences. We are often asked to cater for large prestigious events such as summer balls for up to 500 guests, celebrity fund raising dinners and every other imaginable occasion.
