Staff
Our staff do all the setting up, serve the drinks and food and then clear away at the end of the meal.
How many staff are required?
As a general guide we like to have one member of staff per 15 guests depending on the menu and level of service required.
How much does it cost to have staff?
Our menu prices include the cost of chefs preparing the food.
Once we know the chosen menu and how many guests will be attending we will provide a detailed quote but in most cases it will be 1 member of staff per 15 guests @£60 each.
How long are your staff on site?
A large catering event is hard work so we keep to a maximum of 8hrs shifts. We can provide bar staff to work throughout the evening.
Supply Only
We can offer a supply only service where by the food is simply delivered and we return to collect our dishes after the event. It is however, easy to underestimate the time it takes to serve and clear all the food and drinks, hence we always advise clients to have some staff. This enables you relax, enjoy the occasion and be with your guests.
